Kum Nye – Relaxation and Healing through Movement

Are you seeking a deeper connection to your body, mind, and spirit? Do you want to experience inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance your well-being in a holistic way? Rigpa Dublin is thrilled to introduce you to Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga, a powerful and ancient practice that can transform your life.

Kum Nye is a form of Tibetan yoga that blends gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and meditation to harmonise your physical, mental, and emotional health. Rooted in centuries-old Tibetan traditions, this practice focuses on cultivating mindfulness, increasing energy flow, and calming the nervous system. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Kum Nye offers a deep and enriching practice for all levels.

Our monthly workshop/class is an experiential offering, a chance to take a time out from everyday stress and connect with the body. It is an opportunity to open the senses, calm the mind and connect more deeply with the ground in ourselves
