The ancient wisdom of these teachings has given my life meaning and addressed some of the bigger questions that I had grappled with previously. The practice of meditation and the wisdom of the teachings have combined to make a tremendous difference in my life, for which I remain forever grateful.

I have been attending Rigpa courses for over four years. Struck by the wisdom, truth, and beauty of ‘The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying’ I was propelled to learn more about meditation. The Rigpa centre in Dublin provided that and so much more! The teachings contain all the wisdom, compassion and skilful means that we need in dealing with the challenges that we all face. I can safely say I feel more open, stronger and freer in myself.

During the 9 years that I have attended Rigpa, I have received powerful teachings and practices. Using these tools has enhanced my attitude to living and my capacity to deal with challenges.  I would recommend Rigpa to anyone who wishes to pursue a genuine spiritual tradition.
